Ecco il plugin wordpress che permette di creare una serie di sitemaps suddivise per mese e accorpate in una sitemap index. Attualmente l’unico plugin che consente questa operazione e che permette di salvare una notevole quantità di risorse ad ogni Pubblicazione o Aggiornamento di Pagina o Post in quanto viene generata solo la sitemap relativa al mese corrente.

Aggiornamento
- Prima disattivate Google Monthly XML Sitemap
- Rimuovete la cartella `google-monthly-xml-sitemap`
Installazione
- Decomprimete il file `google-monthly-xml-sitemap.zip`.
- Inviate la cartella `google-monthly-xml-sitemap` nella vostra cartella dei plugin `wp-contents/plugins`.
Attivazione
- Nel vostro pannello admin di WordPress andate nella pagina dei Plugin
- Attivate il plugin Google Monthly XML Sitemap e apparirà una sottopagina nel menu Opzioni.

That problem depends on a Known wordpress problem that set the date of drafted posts to 0000-00-00.
Try to fix those date and it will solve the problem.
In next releases I’ll try to solve this problem automatically.

I’m using your plugin, very good and I mean thank, but I’m having a problem. In the listing of posts on the panel have the option to quickly edit the main features of the post. By using this tool, the system tries to load change, but fails and displays the error. When you disable the plugin, this editing tool quick, up and running again.

When trying to update the post for quick editing it tries to load for a
long time but not updating. Displays no error message, only
loading is not finished.

This is a great plugin and I am using it on another blog too. On my webpage http://www.stefanpeter.at I have the problem, that not all published posts are listed in the sitemap. Some of the monthly sitemaps are empty. I checked the dates and the category that isn’t excluded. Do you have a hint for me, what I could check more?

I’ve a little problem using the plugin. The plugin does ignore some of the posts. A sitemap is created, but it is empty and looks like this:
Could you please give me a little support, what is necessary to do, that all posts are in the sitemaps?

In a (not so near) future you could consider adding this feature. Nothing complex, just a callable interface through GET, like:

Probably you don’t have write permission on the folder.
Try to chmod 777 the folder or give apache permission to write there.
I put your plugin, but am having problems error “Could not create directory / home / xxxxx / public_html / wp-content / uploads / ap-sitemap” excuse me code I have tried to use 777, wp-content / uploads / ap-sitemap . But the error is still there and has not been running plugins. For that please advise what should I do? please help

Non ho capito l’utilità di questo plugin, cosa cambia dato che qualsiasi sitemap aggiornata contiene anche le vecchie risorse con l’aggiunte di quelle nuove?

Spesso in wp la generazione sitemap su siti di grosse dimensioni consuma risorse e rallenta la pubblicazione.
Il plugin serve per siti con tantissimi articoli per rigenerare solo le sitemap dell’ultimo mese lasciando intatte le precedenti.

I had to block an IP for a Google crawler that was unable to find the virtual robots.txt file created by your plug-in. It identifies as originating in Mountain View, CA: 66.249.73.78
It has consumed triple the normal bandwidth for this website in the last month.

I’ve a question. Where does your plugin get the URL of the blog from, that is used to locate the sitemap in a folder? I’ve changed the URL of my blog and have tried everything. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, I searched in the database – nothing. The plugin always uses the old URL that isn’t existing anymore. What can I do? Thank you very much for your help.

I found your entry in the database – the problem is solved, sorry for the question.
But now I’ve another problem. I use your plugin on another page: http://www.fotografie.stefanpeter.at. Here it creates a sitemap that is completely empty (there are published posts). The only differece to my other pages, where your plugin is working, is the theme.
